Chen Yufen，female, in 1995, she graduated from the Mathematics Department of Hangzhou university, in 1998, she got probability and statistics master degree at Zhejiang University, in June 2007, she graduated from the school of management, Zhejiang University, and received a doctorate in management, from April 2010 to July 2010, she went to Hasselt University in Belgium for an access learning. Now, she professor at school of statistics and Mathematics, in Zhejianggongshang University, supervisor for postgraduates.Yufen Chen mainly engaged in the study of theoretical and applied statistical methods, her current research areas are mainly focused on the evaluation of social development, science and technology statistics, enterprise innovation management and so on. In recent years, she has published more than 50 academic papers in statistical research, Science Research Management, Application of Statistics and Management and other core journals in China.

Bing Xu, got PhD of Information production systems engineering at Japan's Waseda University and mainly engaged in the study of risk management, system supervision design and quantitative trading strategy research. In 2010, he was a visiting professor at Management Engineering Laboratory of the Waseda University. Now, he professor at school of statistics and Mathematics, in Zhejianggongshang University, supervisor for doctoral students, director of the Institute of quantitative economics, the leader of key disciplines (Quantitative Economics) of Zhejiang province, executive director of China Institute of quantitative economics, the chairman of the 10th International Conference on Intelligent Technologies, one of the International Program Committee of the 6th International Symposium on Management Engineering, editor of Journal of Management Science & Statistical Decision, executive vice-chair of International Society of Management Engineering, executive editor of International Journal of Innovative Management, Information & Production.

11. Wentao Gu, graduated from the department of mathematics, Zhejiang University in 1996, then went to Indiana University Bloomington for further study, in this university he got computer master's degree in May 2000 and five years later he was awarded a doctorate in Statistics. From September 2005 to May 2007, he was a visiting professor at Oklahoma State University in the United States. In September 2007, he became a teacher of the school of statistics and mathematics, Zhejiang Gongshang University, main research areas are corporate finance and non-parametric econometrics, teaches financial econometrics, advanced econometrics and experimental design. Wentao Gu has published some high quality of the papers in the core journals at home and abroad, the journals are Statistics & Probability Letters, Journal of Nonparametric Statistics, International Journal of Information and Management Sciences, Communications in Statistics - Theory and Methods, Statistical research, IEEE Transactions on Visualization & Computer Graphics, Journal of Advanced Computational Intelligence and Intelligent Informatics.
